One AI credit is consumed when you run AI repertorization (or generate an AI prescription from it).
Miasm Finder is free, and manual repertorization is free — neither uses credits.
Patient management, case history, Doctor Discovery, and DigiRep also never consume credits.
Is Miasm Finder free?
Yes. Miasm Finder is a free tool for all doctors — it never consumes AI credits.
Manual repertorization (DigiRep) is also free. Only AI repertorization uses paid
credits.
Do credits expire?
Paid credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Trial credits (given free on signup) expire based on usage. Credits are consumed only when you explicitly trigger an AI feature, not passively.
Can I buy credits multiple times?
Yes. There are no subscription locks. You can purchase any credit package whenever you need more AI capacity. Your remaining credits always carry the highest-validity package's expiry window.
Is there a refund policy?
Credits are non-refundable after they have been used. If you experience a technical error that incorrectly consumed credits, contact us at contact@digihomeo.com and we'll review your case within 48 hours.
Which payment methods are supported?
DigiHomeo supports Google Pay, credit/debit cards (via Google Play Billing on Android), and local payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, and RAAST for Pakistani users.
Are prices shown in my local currency?
